Welcome, our mission at Road To Christ Ministries is to teach the word of God to our brothers and sisters in Christ and be led to be fruitful through the empowering of the Holy Spirit.  We strive to be doers of the word and not just  hearers (James 1:22).  Jesus was quite explicit about the cost of following Him.  Discipleship requires a total commitment of life: “So therefore, anyone of you who does not renounce all that he has cannot be my disciple.” (Luke 14:33).  Sacrifice is expected: Then Jesus said to His disciples, "If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me"  For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it (Matthew 16:24-25).  Not all of Jesus’ followers were able to make such a commitment.  There were many who left Jesus after a while: After this many of His disciples turned back and no longer walked with Him.  (John 6:66).  Our goal is to be Christ like in every aspect of our lives and that the world, through our light, may call on the name of the Lord. (Matthew 5:16).

         As members, we confess that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God.  Jesus died for our sins and God raised Him up on the third day ( 1 Corinthians 15:3) and we boldly proclaim Him Lord and Savior to all who believe, repent, love and keep His commandments (Mark 1:15, John 14:15).  In Christ’s name and by His grace, we accept our mission of witness and service (Matthew 28:19-20).  We rejoice in God, creator of heaven and earth (Psalm 121:2), and in God's covenant of love that unites us to God and to one another (brothers and sisters in Christ).  In communion with the Holy Spirit, we are united in discipleship and obedience to Christ alone.
